This one-day workshop refreshes the STMS (non-practising).

The STMS NP Refresher provides an overview of industry updates and allows the opportunity to complete unit standard 31962.

Topics include:

• Deliver site safety briefings and inductions
• Calculate layout distances
• Set up, maintain and remove TTM for static operations (shoulder closures, two-way two-lane closures and multi-lane closures)
• Complete mobile operations and closures
• Set up, maintain and remove TTM for semi-static operations and closures
• Conduct special activities

Workshop includes:

• STMS refresher handbook
• Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea
• A certificate is provided as proof of completion

Prerequisites:

This workshop is designed for those who have previously held a Level 1 STMS, L2/3 STMS NP or L2/3 STMS qualification and are yet to gain the STMS NP Unit Standards. For those who also need to renew a practising warrant a Practical Assessment will also be required.
