Director
Leanne McAdams
Leanne leads the team at McAdams and enjoys being involved in roles of training, assessing, auditing and TMP design.
Leanne’s background includes the role of the Waka Kotahi Level 2/3 Trainer and Assessor and a background in road design, network maintenance and road safety. Leanne’s expertise in this field has been developed in over 30 years in the roading and temporary traffic management industry.

Matthew McAdams
Matthew is able to assist you in finding a solution provides services in training and auditing, TMP design and is often found filling in for TMC roles.
Matthew is also a Trainer and Assessor for the Waka Kotahi TTM Planner and the TTM Mentor workshop. His background includes earlier time spent in Health and Safety and the Heavy Haulage Industry.

Bryce Parkes
Bryce has a practical knowledge of the TTM Industry. As a both a trainer and assessor Bryce is skilled in coming along side people new to the industry, Bryce runs the TTM Worker day and provides mentoring to those requiring verification prior to practical assessment.
Bryce’s background includes event management from small to large scale in a national role.

Stephen McAdams
Stephen enjoys interaction in the training room and seeing people apply their understanding in the assessment environment. Stephen is also involved in an auditing role and enjoys meeting those he’s provided training for in the field. Stephen is also able to provide TMP Designer services.
Planner and Mentor
Patrick Hamihana
Contact Patrick for your TMP design needs. Patrick’s practical STMS background provides valuable insight and a sound understanding for services he provides in both TMP design and Mentoring of candidates who are preparing for assessment.
Learning & Development
Graeme McMillan
Graeme provides support, coordination and moderation of our Training and Assessing team. He ensures updated, relevant learning methods and consistency of assessments. Graeme brings a background of risk management and quality assurance to the team.

Katie Bradfield

Office & Accounts Administrator
Fiona Pook
Fiona oversees the smooth running of the office administration team. Fiona will ensure the information you receive is correct, that your warrant is registered with Waka Kotahi and Unit Standards are reported to Connexis.
