As far as possible an effort will be made to provide a suitable arrangement for attendees if they are unable to attend a workshop.
Due to the need to make commitment to workshop venues and catering the following transfers & cancellation fees apply:
- If an attendee is unable to make the workshop a substitute attendee can attend at no additional charge. The substitute must have the prerequisites to sit the workshop
- An admin fee of 25% of the course fee applies when a cancellation is received within 3 working days of the workshop
- An admin fee of 50% of the course fee applies when the cancellation is on the day of the workshop or the attendee fails to attend the workshop
An attendee may transfer to the next available workshop however the cancellation fees above apply if a suitable substitute attendee does not attend the original workshop.
