This two day Level 1 STMS workshop qualifies the attendee to:

  • Prepare or approve Traffic Management Plans
  • Take responsibility for Traffic Management
  • Conduct Safety Audits of Worksites

Duties are limited to Level 1 roads. Either the Traffic Controller or TC Inspector qualification must be obtained prior to attending the Level 1 STMS workshop. An expired STMS may also attend.
